1. Content covered
This policy covers drafts, chapters, covers, descriptions, author profiles, imported references, prompts and AI-assisted content in Studio. Public publication rights arise only under the Terms of use license and for content you submit for release.
2. Rights verification and source declarations
For original works, identify the author and owner accurately. Check rights previously assigned through co-authorship, employment, commissions or publishing contracts. Translations, adaptations and reposts require appropriate permissions for both the source and new contributions, including Readeep’s Internet publication.
Accurately declare work type, source/URL, original author, owner, uploader capacity, permitted scope, term, territory and AI involvement. Evidence may include draft history, contracts, written consent or appropriate licenses. A registration certificate is not the only acceptable evidence.
Covers, fonts, stock images and openly licensed material have their own conditions. Check platform publication rights, attribution, commercial and derivative restrictions. Public-domain material may contain a protected translation or image. Attribution, buying a book or not charging readers does not itself authorize reposting.
3. Prohibited content and warnings
Do not publish infringing content, false identities/authorship, unlawfully disclosed personal data or secrets, fraud, malware, threats or incitement to unlawful acts. Child sexual exploitation/abuse material and other content prohibited by law are forbidden.
Accurately declare age ratings and warnings for violence, sexual content, nudity, language or substances using available forms. Warnings do not legalize prohibited content. Titles, covers, sources and AI labels must not mislead readers.
4. AI and reference use
Import references or send material to models only with a lawful basis appropriate to the purpose. Structure analysis, pattern extraction, renaming characters, translation or AI rewriting does not itself remove the source author’s rights.
Review similarity, image rights and final content; disclose AI accurately and retain evidence of your contribution where needed. Readeep does not certify copyright merely because platform tools generated or reviewed a work.
5. Submitting a copyright notice
Rights holders or representatives should email the contact below with their name and contact details; rights-holder/representative capacity; identification of the protected work; rights evidence; specific story, chapter or image URLs; a description of the alleged infringement; and the requested action.
Include a truthfulness statement, grounds for believing the use is unauthorized, and an appropriate signature or electronic confirmation. Representatives should provide authorization and any legally required documents. Passwords or API keys are not required. Redact unnecessary sensitive details.
6. Receipt, access restriction and responses
Readeep reviews notices, may request further evidence, promptly removes or restricts access when warranted, and follows mandatory procedures/deadlines or competent authority directions. Temporary removal addresses risk and does not itself determine ownership.
Where permitted, Readeep informs the uploader of the reported content and reasons for action. Uploaders may reply through the same contact with the URL, reasons for objection and rights/license evidence. Readeep considers continued restriction or restoration based on evidence, applicable rules and authoritative decisions. A response does not guarantee restoration.
Readeep shares only necessary information on an appropriate legal basis, preserves evidence and cooperates with competent authorities. Parties retain the right to seek resolution from a competent authority.
7. Consequences and continuing authorization
False declarations, failure to substantiate rights on reasonable request, reposting restricted content or repeated violations may lead to rejection, removal, feature restrictions or termination according to severity. Violators are responsible under the Terms of use and law. Knowingly false notices may also create liability.
Notify Readeep immediately when publication rights expire, are revoked or become restricted. Publication must not exceed the licensed rights. Moderation approval does not relieve uploaders of their duties or exclude Readeep’s mandatory responsibilities.
8. Operator and contact
